Job Description: 

TMC Sales Operations Coordinator – The TMC Sales Operations Coordinator has responsibilities for coordinating the sales operations at TMC, supporting customers in global locations, doing sales administrative work, communicating across departments, providing order and shipment updates to customers, ensuring company’s goals are met, and optimizing customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the sales operations processes from quotation to contract review, credit review, collection of deposit, end use certificate, order entry, order acknowledgement, delivery updates, logistics coordination, final payment collection, sales administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers, helping the sales team to achieve and maximize the revenue target.
  • Provide customers with order and delivery updates, answer their questions, and obtain and coordinate information across departments.
  • Report voice of customers to management team. 
  • Use Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Dynamics ERP
  • Clear the dock clear at month end. Coordinating with operations, sales, customers, logistics and accounting in parallel, to maximize the shipment and revenue target at month end.
  • Answer calls and emails from customers in a timely manner.
  • Work with all AMETEK colleagues to collaborate and support the business for TMC

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in business administration or other relevant degree is preferred.
  • 5 years’ experience in customer service department in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Excellent coordinator.
  • Ability to collaborate and teamwork across multiple functional teams.
  • Attention to details. 
  • Adjusts quickly to change in priorities. Copes effectively with complexity and change.
  • Effective time management skills. 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Savvy with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge on any ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highest level of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.
  • Excellent organizing and prioritizing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
  • Contract review and negotiation experience is a plus.
  • Strong supporter of company and departmental goals.
  • Demonstrate responsibility and maturity.

  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Self-motivation and drive.
  • Follows through on all commitments and promises to both internal and external customers.

Compensation

Salary Minimum:  $40,000
Salary Maximum:  $65,000
