Job Description: 

Finance Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and treasury related matters.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Accounts payable activities
  • Vendor statement reconciliation & replying to queries
  • Perform inventory count (weekly/yearly)
  • Fixed Asset physical audit (quarterly)
  • Prepare weekly/monthly bank reconciliation
  • Prepare Audit schedule & journal postings
  • Prepare Fixed Assets Reports
  • Support internal and external audit/tax – providing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors/tax agents
  • Assist Finance Manager with any other assignments as required by the Company.

 

 

We are looking for:

  • 3-5 years solid experience in Financial Management
  • College degree or equivalent in Finance study is preferable.
  • High degree of integrity and maturity coupled with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work on his/her own initiative.
  • Able to work independently and under minimum supervision
  • The ability to work with personnel from all levels and under pressure.
  • Detail conscious
  • Good English skill in both written and verbal
  • Good teamwork spirit.
